Apex Pulse — personal recovery & training dashboard

Apex Pulse is a personal-use dashboard. This page explains what happens to your data when you connect a tracker (Whoop or Oura) or use the app.

What we access

If you connect Whoop or Oura, Apex Pulse requests read-only access to your recovery, sleep, and cycle/strain data through that provider's own official login screen. We never see or store your Whoop or Oura password — authentication happens entirely on their site.

Where your data lives

Your account (email and password) is stored with Supabase, a database provider, so you can log in from any browser or device — your password is never stored in plain text. Your check-ins, hydration log, workout log, and profile all sync to that same account-backed database. Two things still live only in your own browser's local storage and haven't been migrated yet: your Whoop/Oura tracker access tokens, and the newer meal tracker's food log — both are on the list to move over.

What we don't do

Revoking access

You can disconnect Whoop or Oura at any time from that provider's own account settings, which immediately revokes Apex Pulse's access token.
